Terms and Conditions
Dear customer, in order to organize the purchasing process, we kindly ask you to review the following before completing your purchase. Completing the purchase or using the website or its associated applications will be considered as your agreement to the following terms.
First: Product Display
The display of products on the websites of Trend Store should not be interpreted as a recommendation regarding the suitability of any product for the customer's desires or needs. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product meets their requirements by reviewing the information provided on each product page and informational sections, understanding it, and asking any necessary questions before completing the purchase.
Second: Shipping and Delivery
The customer must correctly enter the recipient’s name and delivery address. Any errors in the address or contact information may result in shipment delays, failed delivery, or additional charges imposed by the shipping company or courier. The delivery company may request ID verification before handing over the order.
The estimated delivery time is approximate. Trend Store will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible, but delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control.
Delays may also occur due to customer-related reasons such as absence from the delivery address, failure to respond to the courier, or requesting a change in the delivery address. In such cases, neither Trend Store nor the shipping company shall be held responsible for the delay.
Trend Store reserves the right to change the shipping company selected by the customer without prior approval if the shipping is free. For paid shipping, the company may change the courier and will refund the difference to the customer if the new shipping fee is lower.
The customer must inspect the order and products before accepting the delivery. If the shipment is internally damaged, the customer should inform the courier before receiving it and then immediately notify Trend Store.
Third: Returns and Exchanges
All sold goods (except personal items, apparel that touches the skin, and digital products) are returnable within seven (7) days of receipt. The refund will be issued to the customer minus any applicable (cancellation/modification/non-receipt/return) fees as described below. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer within 7 working days after Trend Store receives the returned product if payment was made via cash on delivery or bank transfer. If the payment was made via Mada or credit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card according to the issuing bank’s timeframe.
Fourth: (Cancellation/Modification/Non-receipt/Return) of the Order
The customer must submit a modification or cancellation request through the website by clicking on the “Return Request” option at the bottom of the homepage.

Fifth: Offers and Discounts
All offers end on the date specified or when stock runs out, whichever comes first.
Sixth
These terms and conditions have been prepared in Arabic. It is the responsibility of English-speaking customers or speakers of other languages to translate these terms at their own risk, without any liability on the part of Trend Store. In the event of any conflict between the Arabic text and its English or other translations, the Arabic text shall prevail as the official reference. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Seventh
These terms and conditions apply to all uses of the Trend Store website, its associated applications, and any other methods of access to the store’s services.
Eighth
Trend Store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms, updates, and modifications before completing a purchase, as all modifications are binding once published.
