Important: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping fees are refundable only in cases where the product is defective.
  • Vitamins and dietary supplements cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • All shipping, return, or customs fees will be deducted from refunds.
  • Misuse or tampering may result in rejection of the return request.

Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7–21 business days.

  1. Damaged items must be reported within 2 days with photos.
  2. Orders canceled before shipping are fully refundable (minus discounts).
  3. Orders canceled after shipping incur shipping deductions.
  4. Incorrect address or no response may result in partial refund.
  5. Reshipping requires new shipping fees.
