Shipping fees are refundable only in cases where the product is defective. For health and safety reasons, vitamins and dietary supplements cannot be exchanged or returned. If the customer requests a refund due to delivery failure, order cancellation after shipping, or a return after receipt, the full product value and any applicable shipping, return, or customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Misuse or tampering with the product may result in the rejection of the return request.
Once the returned products are received, the company will evaluate and process the refund through a bank transfer within 7 to 21 business days. An email confirmation will be sent to acknowledge receipt of your request.
Customers are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
If the product is damaged and the damage is confirmed upon delivery, the customer must contact customer service at info@trendstore.net within 2 days of the recorded delivery date and include photos of the damaged product. Once confirmed by customer service, the refund will equal the product price at the time of purchase, minus any applied discounts. Trend Store may also offer a store credit of equal value.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order (or part of it) before it has been processed and shipped, they must contact customer service by emailing customercare@dermazone.net. Refunds will be processed after confirming that the order has not yet been shipped, based on the product prices listed on the order invoice (minus discounts).
If the cancellation request is received after the order has been processed or shipped, shipping and related fees will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded after the returned order is received by the shipping company, based on the order status in the company’s system.
If delivery is impossible due to incorrect customer information (such as an invalid phone number or incomplete address) or failure to respond to courier communication, the customer must email info@trendstore.net to request a refund. Shipping and related costs will be deducted, and only the remaining balance will be refunded after the order is returned and verified.
If the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, they will be responsible for paying new shipping fees. Customers may cancel and receive a full refund (without shipping charges) only if no delivery attempt or communication has been made within 14 business days from the order date by Trend Store or the shipping provider.
Trend Store accepts returns of defective products only, provided they are in their original condition. Opened products are not eligible for return unless defective. If a defective item has been opened, the customer will bear the return shipping cost to Trend Store. The item will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If confirmed defective, the customer may choose between a full refund (including return shipping costs) or a replacement product.
At Trend Store, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel, please email us at info@trendstore.net or contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to stop the shipment.
If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned after delivery. Only shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded through the original payment method. Orders canceled after leaving the company are treated as returns and subject to the return policy.

At Trend Store, we aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible and reserve the right to adjust rates as needed. Delivery charges are estimated by the company for GCC countries; other destinations are subject to standard shipping rates.
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information. Large orders not shipped via express courier may incur additional shipping fees, which must be paid in full before shipment. Orders will be held until payment is received.
Trend Store is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect customer information. If an incorrect address is entered, the company is not obligated to resend the order at its expense. If a correct address is not provided within 14 days, the order will be canceled.
Each purchase is shipped separately; multiple orders are not combined. While Trend Store cannot guarantee delivery times, we make every effort to deliver within the specified timeframe. “Door-to-door” delivery is handled by trusted courier partners, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Customs regulations vary by country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered products are not restricted in their country. Trend Store is not liable for any losses, returns, or confiscations by customs or governmental authorities. Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
If your shipment is returned and the items are resalable, Trend Store will refund the order value minus any postage fees incurred. Products confiscated by customs due to local restrictions are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any shipments lost outside GCC countries.
International shipping (Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, UAE, and other countries except Saudi Arabia) may experience delivery delays of 7–10 days and may incur customs charges, which must be paid by the customer for successful delivery.
